The return of the crackers under any type needs an image and video proof to be sent to +91 72003 51220 through whatsapp or email at Nanbancrackers03@gmail.com
In all categories of “returning”, you are required to send the parcel back to our Sivakasi address at your own cost to get a refund.
For the cancellation and/or return of an order, the refund will be credited to your account within 14 working days. After the Diwali celebration is over.
We request you not to accept any parcel in a damaged condition. We are working hard to make our transportation system deliver every order in good condition.
All our packages are scratch and water resistant.
We are not responsible for any address or phone number mistakes on your end. We will try to deliver your parcel twice, and if you are not reachable on both attempts, the parcel will be sent back to Sivakasi and no refund will be processed.
